An Australian and Singapore Joint Venture Company with export market orientation, is looking for qualified candidates for the positions :

PROJECT MANAGER
IDR 14000000 - 20000000
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, execution and management of the company's property development project including overseeing the co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the project.
• Good coordination with consultations concerning operational and design requirements for new buildings / business outlets and residential.
• Conduct feasibility studies, review of architectural designs, review of c&s design, costing, project planning, implementation, monitoring and quality control of construction works.
• Liaise with local authorities for building inspections and to obtain approvals for development projects

Requirements:

• At least 4 years(s) relevant experience at Management Level with property development company developing high-end residential / commercial properties
• Able to plan, organize, oversee and manage the construction sequences and site activities for timely completion and within cost budget
• Able to liaise with all relevant authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth execution and implementation of the project for timely completion
• Able to provide timely report and feedback to Management
• Independent, self-starter, proactive, technically competent and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
